Role Overview: As a Community Growth Intern, you will support our mission by managing leads, assisting with conversions, and onboarding new members into our community. Working closely with the founder and member success team, you'll play a key role in attracting growth-stage entrepreneurs to our Growth Accelerator Program and enhancing the community experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement & Conversion:
• Engage and qualify leads through follow-ups and targeted outreach.
• Effectively communicate the value of our programs to potential members.
• Focus on driving sign-ups for our Growth Accelerator Program.
• Onboarding & Membership Support:
• Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new members feel welcomed and integrated.
• Track conversions and engagement metrics in Excel, providing weekly reports.
• Maintain accurate data on leads and conversions.
• Community Building:
• Engage with members to foster a connected community.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person networking events to drive member participation.

Requirements:

• Interest or experience in sales, customer success, or community management.
• Proficient in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a growth-focused entrepreneurial environment.
