Technical Executive Assistant

Qualifications: Essential: Bachelor's degree in B.E / B. Tech or a relevant discipline
Desired: Degree/ Diploma in General Management
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, with at least 2 years in an executive assistant position, associated with Senior Management Level
Job Profile : Position Description:
This position holder will be required to provide high level administrative support to the Hub Head with the day-to-day business of the organization including scheduling meetings and maintaining director's calendar, preparing correspondence, coordinating travel, other related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Assist the Director in researching and analyzing technical data related to ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and technical documents for internal and external meetings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations relevant to the Director's scope of work.
Administrative Support:
- Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Draft and edit technical reports, emails, and other documents as needed.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Other Duties:
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Director.
