Junior Accounts Associate

We are currently looking for a Junior Accounts Associate to join our fast-growing Partner Operations team at our office in Bangalore, India. As we are an international brand working with different time zones, we require the potential candidate to be flexible to work in shift patterns.
You'll make a difference:
Reporting to the Global Partner Operations Lead, the Junior Accounts Associate will help to oversee the financial side of operations and help to improve operational performance.
Your role will include, but shall not be limited to, the following:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day processing of all Partner Facility payments, ensuring that invoices are checked, prices are correct and that any discrepancies are investigated and dealt with appropriately
- Monitoring all customer refunds and compensations and ensuring all relevant deductions are marked on invoice adjustments.
- Overseeing our online pricing pages to ensure accuracy and market competitiveness
- Periodic revision of market entry prices
- Creating monthly cost control reports, ensuring revenue margins are optimized
- Overseeing and taking charge of monthly inventory cost control
- Contributing to process creation and improvement throughout the department
- Completing admin tasks as and when required, including file management
- Onboarding new partner facilities onto our system
- Negotiating pricing, adjustments and compensations with Partners as required
Required Skills:
- A proactive approach, showing initiative and ambition.
- Ability to work under pressure and an understanding of deadlines.
- Hungry for knowledge & process-driven, and first-class organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or operations, preferably for a start-up.
- Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
- Excellent communication, impeccable spelling, and grammar.
Work Schedule and Patterns:
- 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1 hour break)
- Monday to Friday
- Office-based role
Note: Bengaluru-based immediate joiners are preferred.
