What is the role
The CRM Data Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the management of CRM data across the organization and striving for excellence with that data towards pipeline generation efforts. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, integrity, enrichment, and accessibility of account, contact, and lead data within the CRM system.The position also includes managing relationships with data providers and ensuring seamless integration with other tools to support the company's marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Responsibilities (What You'll Do)- Manage CRM Data: Oversee the account, contact, and lead data within the CRM system, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all touchpoints. Own field definitions in SFDC
- Data Provider Management: Lead the management of key data providers, including ZoomInfo, Cognism, 6sense, G2, TrustRadius, Crossbeam, D&B, Rev, Clearbit, HG Insights, and Traction. Ensure that data from these sources is integrated effectively and supports business needs. Experience with Tray or Zapier preferred
- Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Integration & Optimization: Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the CRM system integrates smoothly with other platforms and tools, optimizing workflows and data usage.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports and provide insights from CRM data to support decision-making in marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in CRM data management, with a focus on managing account, contact, and lead data. Previous experience managing data providers such as ZoomInfo (Apollo.io/Lusha), 6sense, and others is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), data analysis tools, and integration with third-party systems.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or similar certifications are highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading a team, with strong project management skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
