We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Support Engineer IT to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support and administration, along with expertise in firewall management, networking, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot Fortigate Firewall, Microsoft 365, and Aruba AP environments.
• Provide IT infrastructure support for laptops, desktops, servers, Cisco routers, and IPBX systems.
• Oversee Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, and File Server management.
• Maintain and monitor door access controllers, time attendance machines, and related hardware components.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking, security, and system performance.
• Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in IT Infrastructure Support and Administration.

Strong technical proficiency in:

• Networking & Security: Fortigate Firewall, Aruba AP, Cisco Routers
• System Administration: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, File Server
• IT Hardware & Software: Laptops, Desktops, Servers, IPBX Systems, Door Access Controllers, Time Attendance Machines
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced IT environment.
