Job Description

Job Purpose

As Business Continuity co-ordinator provide assistance IT vertical to implement and comply to BCP as per bank policy, in specific eMass Notification Service (EMNS) Implement IT-DRM (IT Digital Risk Management) systems for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
This will include Vendor Onboarding, Vendor Review, SLA monitoring, Vendor Off-boarding, etc. Governance: Assist in complying on all Governance related actionable by co-coordinating with Stakeholders - Internal Audit , IT Governance, ISG, SOX, and External Auditors.
Analyse, translate, and articulate Business concepts into system/process requirements with the objective to implement IT enabled solutions that meet Business user requirements within the regulatory guidelines and organizations priorities at any point of time with the objective to comply to the same.

Support post go-live queries / issues for these requirements as well as BAU production support.

  1. 10 years experience which could be a combination of
  1. Technical domain understanding across Banking Applications, especially Business Continuity Planning / eMass Notification / Outsourcing Risk / TPRM / IT-DRM / Workflow based Applications. b. System functional knowledge, related banking/process knowledge and relate skills viz: Analytical, Workflow, Documentation, Communication
  2. Exposure to Various product lines mentioned Outsourcing Risk, Vendor Onboarding, Vendor Review, SLA monitoring, Multi-level Workflow configurations, etc
  3. System functional knowledge, related banking/process knowledge and relate skills viz: Analytical, Workflow, Documentation, Communication
  4. Good Exposure to domains of banking d) Performance Tests / Benchmarks, Integration with Autosys, TNG, etc. related tasks.
  5. Constantly identify initiatives to improve process efficiency and TAT's.
  6. Vendor Co-ordination Interact with Vendor on-site / Off-Site Delivery Teams for getting deliverables as per Project Timelines, tracking slippages, ensuring quality of deliverables and necessary escalations and arrive at remedial measures
  7. Good to have if exposed to
  8. SDLC and STLC & Performance testing concepts
  9. Awareness of Project Management methodologies, SDLC (Planning, Feasibility Study, Requirements Analysis, Technical Architecture & Design, Development, Testing UT / SIT / UAT, Implementation, Support, Documentation), Process & Quality.
