• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that promote a positive learning environment and ensure compliance with educational regulations and guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of teachers and staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Oversee the recruitment, selection, and professional development of teachers and staff, promoting their growth and ensuring their adherence to professional standards.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and guardians, promoting effective communication, addressing concerns, and maintaining a supportive and inclusive school community.
• Manage the school's budget and resources effectively, allocating funds to support instructional needs, infrastructure improvements, and other educational priorities.
• Collaborate with the governing body, educational authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and educational standards.
