Video JournalistExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with demonstrable experience of working successfully with editorial teams.A clear understanding of the needs and profile of our target audiences across World Service and the ability to translate these into imaginative and compelling multi-platform content.A self-starting individual you will have a practical understanding of the BBC commissioning process, and experience of delivering stories/investigations successfully across the BBCThe ability to plan and organize time and resources effectively and to manage projects to conclusion according to deadlines.The ability to work fast, accurately and under pressure.Experience of shooting video would be an advantage.You will pull together and edit raw footage and deliver outputs in the appropriate medium, always to the highest professional standards.The successful candidate will contribute to the editorial output of the Delhi Disinformation team, by monitoring and highlighting disinformation narratives, stories and trends.Working with the rest of the team you will produce creative, engaging and impactful video that brings these stories to Language services audiences and the wide BBC.
