Bangalore - AEM Delivery Manager

Job Description

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to translate client business requirements into solution visions and high-level architecture.
• Oversee detailed design, implementation, and integrations in large, complex agile projects or product engineering teams.
• Manage globally distributed teams of CMS (AEM) and Commerce solutions, integration, and QA engineers.
• Provide thought leadership on Digital Experience Platforms, leveraging CMS (AEM) and Commerce tools.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, communication plans, risk plans, and ensure project profitability.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful project delivery.
• Allocate resources effectively, monitor team workloads, and implement quality assurance processes.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns and expectations.
• Facilitate key SAFe events and ensure adherence to Lean-Agile principles.
• Track and report program performance metrics, facilitating communication across teams.

Experience:

• 14+ years in Commerce and Content solution implementation, with 6+ years in Program Management.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Migration projects.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture and migration processes.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with 8+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in CMS (AEM knowledge mandatory) and eCommerce Solutions.
• Proven leadership in end-to-end solutions involving commerce, content, order management, and integrations.
• Experience leading large teams and technology engagements.
• Strong UI/UX design leadership experience.
• SAFe Agile Certified or equivalent certification.
