We are seeking an experienced Interior Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in estimating for interior design projects, with a minimum of 2-6 years of relevant experience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive cost estimates.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior design projects based on project specifications and drawings.
• Analyze project documents, including blueprints and specifications, to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Conduct market research to obtain current pricing for materials and labor to ensure competitive estimates.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on estimated costs to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for interior projects.
• Monitor project costs during execution and provide timely updates to project managers.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience as an estimator or in a similar role within the interior design industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furnishings, along with their associated costs.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or specialized estimating software.
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost calculations.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project needs and identify cost-effective solutions.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
