Roles & Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the . The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.
- Responsible for the design and implementation / support the business to design and implement controls to enable better risk and compliance outcomes
- Incident management through Incident lifecycle, ensuring data breach assessments are conducted 24 hours, and remediation activities are delivered.
- Monitoring L1 Risk Mailbox - Ensuring all incident inquiries are attended to and investigating incident ownership, which ensures incidents are validated on time and performing data breach assessment by deadlines.
- Governance - Supporting Manager and Senior Manager with data for NFRCs/Forums report into include EGM's monthly risk forum, Payments NFRC, EBB NFRC, Tech NFRC, and Payment Ops LT.
- Data Quality - Assisting with data quality issues and updating monthly data to ensure data hygiene within RIS.
- Complaints - Responsible for preparing monthly Complaints Technology NRC Report by completing analysis over Payment Operations complaints data.
- Error Log - Performing analytical review/s over error log activities raised during a discrete time period.
- Obligation Summaries - Performing and supporting Compliance Self Assessments (CSAs) for OS mapped to risk profile and ensuring these are contemporary with timeframes aligned to Group's policies.
- Identify and manage the continuous improvement of the business control environment by identifying and supporting change initiatives that may impact the Payment Operations team and ensure there is plans in place to remedy any such unsustainable impact. This will be undertaken in compliance with the CBA Risk in Change Standard and relevant tools.
- Raising and managing any identified issues / incidents as part of the RIC or Supplier risk process
- Responsible for data quality in/maintain various databases (including Riskin Site), monthly management reporting
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Essential Skills:
- 5-7 years experience in banking/financial services/Big Four's or other relevant experience specializing in Payments Operations/Technology Risk/Operational Risk/Assurance/Audit.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, economics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or related subjects
- CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, CISM, ITIL or other Operations Risk related certifications would be advantageous but not required.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
