Job Summary:

Kaizenat Technology is looking for an experienced and results-driven Account Manager for the SMB segment to manage strategic client relationships and grow our presence in the South India region. The ideal candidate will have experience handling large portfolios within the Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing sectors.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute regional sales plans and quotas that align with Kaizenat business objectives for Mid-Market/SMB clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their simulation needs and providing tailored ANSYS solutions.
  • Team Management: Supervise and guide the sales team, evaluate performance, and provide necessary training to improve individual and team success.
  • Market Development: Analyse regional market trends, discover growth opportunities, and recommend new sales strategies.
  • Performance & Reporting: Ensure individual and regional sales targets are met, forecast quarterly and annual revenues, and review the budget for regional operations.
  • Business Expansion: Identify potential expansion opportunities, suggest new services or innovative sales techniques, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Travel: Willing to travel extensively within the North India region to meet clients and prospective customers.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 5-12 years of experience in CAD/CAE software sales (such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, Altair, COMSOL, MSC, etc.) within the assigned region.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and meeting sales quotas in technical software or engineering environments.
  • Proficiency in creating strategic sales plans and conducting performance evaluations.
