Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Lead Testing Specialist
In this role,as the Lead Testing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful migration of our data center. You will be responsible for leading all testing activities, including technical testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business testing.This role requires a deep understanding of testing strategies, the ability to coordinate with various business units, and expertise in crafting high-level test strategies.
Responsibilities- Lead Testing Activities: Oversee and manage the entire testing lifecycle for the data centre migration project.
- Develop Test Strategies: Create comprehensive test strategies encompassing overall test approach, happy path and non-happy path scenarios, as well as end-of-day, end-of-week, end-of-month, and end-of-quarter test strategies.
- Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with business testing teams, markets, cash, trade departments, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of testing activities.
- Define High-Level Test Cases:Establish high-level test cases and scenarios to guide the testing process, ensuring all critical aspects of the migration are thoroughly evaluated.
- Regression Testing: Oversee and execute regression testing to validate that new changes do not adversely affect existing systems.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT processes, ensuring that business requirements are met and that users are satisfied with the new system functionality.
- Business Testing: Lead business testing activities to ensure that the migration aligns with business needs and processes.
- Report and Document: Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress, issues, and outcomes. Document test strategies, cases, and results effectively.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills- Extensive experience in testing.
- Experience in E2E handling senior stakeholders and critical projects.
- Graduation Degree with relevant professional qualifications.
