Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates for civil engineering projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs. The role involves analyzing project requirements, collaborating with teams, preparing tender documents, and ensuring budgets align with client and company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and quantity takeoffs.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and vendor quotes.
- Research material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Submit bid proposals and monitor project budgets.
- Maintain cost data and assess project risks.
- Must have experience in preparing BOQ and MTO
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- years of experience in civil estimation.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
