We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our IT positions. The IT Recruiter will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract and retain the best candidates in the market.This role requires a deep understanding of the Indian job market and strong interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities- Source, screen and interview candidates for IT positions
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions
- Manage job postings on various job portals and social media platforms
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
- Negotiate job offers with successful candidates
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- 1-2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter in India
- Proven track record of hiring for IT positions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the Indian job market and hiring trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience with job portals and social media platforms for recruitment
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
