The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
Your expertise in SEO and Ads management will be crucial to the success of our marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Management:
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and develop an SEO strategy.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
- Analyze and improve organic search rankings and CTRs.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building and technical SEO.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ads Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
- Perform keyword research and bid management for paid search campaigns.
- Create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and A/B testing for ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets, analyze data, and generate performance reports.
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting of campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve ad performance.
- Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure all content is optimized for SEO.
- Develop content strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital marketing software to track and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaigns and overall digital strategy.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design, content, and development teams to create high-performing digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and PPC advertising.
- Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and paid ad management.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Experience with social media advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
