responsibilities AND DESIRED PROFILE

Summary:

This role is crucial in enhancing our operational efficiency and expanding our client base.

Research & Lead Generation:

• Conduct client and lead research to identify potential hiring opportunities.
• Source and qualify leads for staffing and recruitment purposes.
• Identify and collect sample resumes for different job roles.
• Research market trends to support business development strategies.

Executive Hiring & Recruitment Support:

• Assist in executive search and hiring processes.
• Collaborate with recruiters to identify top talent.
• Provide research support for strategic hiring initiatives.

Business Development Support:

• Identify potential clients and stakeholders for staffing services.
• Gather and analyse data to support sales and client acquisition strategies.
• Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations

Process Documentation & Digital Marketing:

• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for research and recruitment processes.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including content writing and social media management.
• Assist in drafting collateral materials such as whitepapers, brochures, and case studies.

Administrative & Compliance Support:

• Complete supplier registration forms and maintain compliance documentation.
• Support data entry and reporting tasks to ensure accuracy in records.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
• Work entirely in Night Shift.
• 1-3 years of experience in research, lead generation, or a similar role (preferably in US staffing or US recruitment).
• Strong analytical and internet research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Potential to travel to US after 9 12 Months on BI/B2 Visa
