Job Description- Talent Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on leadership development, succession planning, and workforce readiness.
- Organisational Development:
- Lead organisational development initiatives that drive cultural transformation, change management, and continuous improvement. Design and facilitate interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Leadership Development: Create and manage leadership development programs to build a robust leadership pipeline. Identify high-potential employees and ensure targeted development opportunities for future roles.
- Succession Planning: Design and implement an effective succession planning framework to ensure business continuity and leadership readiness for critical roles across the organization.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it is aligned with business goals and fosters a culture of accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Learning and Development:
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess learning needs and design programs that drive skill development and career growth. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, develop strategies to improve employee experience, and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions during restructuring, mergers, or other business transformations.
- Metrics & Reporting: Establish key metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure the impact of talent and organizational development initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
- Education: MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 College Must
- Should have worked with a well established organisation with minimum 10,000 Headcount
- Experience: 12-15 years of progressive experience in talent management, organisational development, or HR leadership roles, ideally within the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale talent and OD initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of talent management, leadership development, and succession planning frameworks.
- Experience in leading cultural transformation and change management initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and drive consensus.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
