Employees under this span will be a part of one of the sub-offerings - Recruitment , Sourcing , Scheduling , BGV , Document Collection , Onboarding & Internal Shared Services, helping the world’s leading recruitment companies bring their vision to life – enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the candidate, connecting expertise with unique insights into the candidate experience.
Working in the Strategic Talent Sourcing space you will be required to design frameworks, develop sourcing and outreach strategies, detail hiring campaigns and employer positioning on social media to attract high caliber candidates. You will also need to have talent market expertise and provide comprehensive views of industry trends; provide expertise in market insights, talent landscape and help with your understanding of talent needs in a fast paced, agile and competitive environment.
What are we looking for? Experience- Overall experience of minimum 10 year with at least 7 years of HR Talent Attraction Experience
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Lead managing multiple clients
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- SuccessFactors experience will be an added advantage
- HR Domain or TA Domain certification will be an added advantage
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills
- Proficient with Operational Excellence Practices
- Should have prior Team Handling experience (minimum 5 years)

This is an Individual contributor role where the level 9 will be a recruiter hiring for niche and difficult positions in the US markets.
Key Responsibilities- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Monitor/Review along with team on administrative and operational activities within the allotted team to ensure achievement of operational or deal objectives.
- Proactively search for candidates across multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, etc.).
- Use creative sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates for various positions.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future
- Make decisions about the day-to-day operation of the team, including monitoring of workload, systems, staffing, and scheduling including adjusting work hours as necessary to meet deadlines e.g. overtime or working during holidays/week ends.
- Monitoring the voice of the client (HM) through surveys and other means of communication. Be assertive and work through the development areas as voiced by the client, Third parties or Accenture stakeholders.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate candidates skills and qualifications based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure interview feedback is gathered promptly and shared with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the hiring managers in interview preparation when needed.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Provide feedback to hiring managers regarding candidates suitability.
- Write and post job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and the company’s culture.
- Ensure job postings are optimized for search engines and attract a diverse candidate pool.
- Assist in promoting the employer brand through various platforms (social media, career pages, events).
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and goals.
- Consult with hiring managers on job descriptions, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Offer advice and recommendations on best recruitment practices and strategies
- Work with hiring managers to determine salary offers, benefits packages, and other compensation details.
- Extend job offers to select candidates, ensuring all details are clearly communicated.
- Handle offer negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies
