Job Description:

Crox RPO is seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 6 months to 2 years of experience in RPO recruitment and possess excellent communication skills. This is a 100% onsite role with an immediate joining requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and engage potential candidates for various roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, and interview coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Maintain an updated database of candidates and track hiring progress.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver top talent.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of RPO experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
