Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing projects.
- Experience with software development and managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree, PhD, further education, or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, or another related technical field.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to influence a team of technical and non-technical members.

Responsibilities- Work independently across functions and levels to define and deliver software engineering projects for the YouTube Shopping domain.
- Partner with technical program manager leads to support the evolution of operational capabilities across the wider organization.
- Partner with engineering and product teams and encourage them to learn and adopt project delivery best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams.
