Summary:As a Business Function Designer, you will support the analysis and design of new function business processes. Identify and define detailed requirements. Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community perspective.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of business processes.
- Conduct business process modeling and simulation.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of business process modeling tools.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
