Sales Manager Needed to Lead the Way to Achievement Job Description To lead and oversee our sales team, we are looking for a sales manager that is extremely driven and results/-driven. The ideal applicant will have demonstrated success in leading a team, hitting sales goals, and closing deals.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic thinking abilities are necessary for this position. Responsibility/: Oversee, manage, and coach a group of salespeople while giving them performance reviews, coaching, and training. Create and execute sales strategy to meet financial goals and increase market share.
Establish sales targets and quotas for both individuals and teams. Track the success of the sales team and pinpoint areas that need work. Hold frequent sales meetings to evaluate results, talk about tactics, and inspire the group. Create and preserve a solid rapport with important customers and potential customers.
