Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management & development strategy
  • Identify & nurture high-potential employees for succession planning
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
  • Oversee performance management programs to ensure continuous growth
  • Implement leadership & learning programs for career progression
  • Promote diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) initiatives
  • Work closely with global HR teams to align regional and international strategies

What You Bring:

  • 12-15 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Leadership, or L&D
  • Expertise in performance management, leadership development, & employee engagement
  • Strong stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of HR analytics, competency frameworks, & assessment centres
  • Workday HRIS experience is a plus
