Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management & development strategy
- Identify & nurture high-potential employees for succession planning
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
- Oversee performance management programs to ensure continuous growth
- Implement leadership & learning programs for career progression
- Promote diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) initiatives
- Work closely with global HR teams to align regional and international strategies
What You Bring:
- 12-15 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Leadership, or L&D
- Expertise in performance management, leadership development, & employee engagement
- Strong stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of HR analytics, competency frameworks, & assessment centres
- Workday HRIS experience is a plus
