Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to handle our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating brand awareness, developing engaging content, improving SEO rankings, and leveraging analytics to optimize performance.This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management- Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Plan, create, and schedule posts that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Run social media campaigns and contests to increase reach and visibility.
- Write engaging, creative, and SEO-optimized content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and website pages.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing graphics, banners, and videos.
- Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and style guidelines.
- Conduct keyword research to improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize website content and blogs for SEO best practices.
- Ensure all social media and content initiatives contribute to improving the website's visibility on search engines.
- Set up and monitor Google Analytics to track website and social media performance.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to understand campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare monthly reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Develop strategies to increase brand recognition and reach a broader audience.
- Identify trends and insights to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote company events, products, and services.
