This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data science, excellent leadership, and communication skills, and the ability to drive project success while enhancing data-driven business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects related to Generative AI, Data Science, and advanced analytics, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business goals.
• Create and implement data-centric solutions to optimize business processes and improve decision-making across functions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to drive project success and integrate AI and data science solutions into operations.
• Use Spark and Python to perform advanced data analysis, develop AI/ML models, and implement machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Develop clear, concise presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Utilize tools like Tableau or Power BI to create impactful visualizations that simplify complex data and drive actionable insights (Optional)
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns proactively.
