Job Description

Location: Bhopal
Qualification: Btech/BE/MBA

Experience: 3+ years

Responsible for business development, proposal management , order closures , customer contracts, customer deliverables and receivables and relationship management for assigned domains and region

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential/target clients. Generate and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries and organizations.
  • Participate in full tender lifecycle which includes: Tender generation, bid management, bid submission and post bid management for tender closure.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management. Create Funnels of all potential customers and target orders in a defined manner and getting reviewed by management on timely basis.
  • Account Management: - Oversee post-sales activities, take ownership of and manage all deliverables and receivables, while also generating new business opportunities from existing accounts
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand awareness and expand business networks.
  • OEM Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with OEM partners, handle lead management, log cases with OEM support for issue resolution, collaborate on product costing negotiations, and provide pre-sales training on OEM products and solutions
  • Customer Management:- Consistently maintain customer relationships with all stakeholders, organizing meetings and ensuring satisfaction by managing the Wow factor in interactions and effectively handling testimonials and issue management
  • Candidate should possess in depth understanding of Government functioning and should have a good exposure in selling the application software in Corporates
  • Strong understanding of software services, IT solutions, and technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
