We need someone who has demonstrated capabilities in driving QA initiatives and process excellence projects in an IP company/ products.
Responsibilities- Establish and manage the QA function for the Organization
- Drive the quality management process for services and product groups
- Conduct quality and systems audits and provide solutions/ guidance to the groups on controls measures
- Drive overall governance model addressing all areas of compliance and zero tolerance
- Study/Review the business process and identify the automation requirements and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist the stakeholders in problem solving for their respective business issues/enhancements
- Collaborate with the business functions and track their performance and identify the areas of improvement
- Asist the stakeholders in identifying the value-add projects and support till the project closure (PMO)
Requirements
The candidate should have at least 12+ years of experience in Quality management handling the responsibility of the organization's QA. Should be experienced in Quality process management and Risk Management; Management System Auditing; Service Delivery management; Delivery Governance; Business and Quality process consulting.Should have delivered Process Excellence projects resulting in significant cost savings and revenue growth.
Preference will be given to candidates from/ with:
- IP industry
- Experience in CMMI
- IT-PMO
- Six Sigma black belt or MBB certified
