Looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Subject Matter Expertise (SME). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by leveraging their expertise. This role requires strong analytical skills; excellent communication; and the ability to drive projects to successful outcomes while acting as a trusted advisor for domain-specific challenges.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit; document; and prioritize business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows.
• Act as the go-to expert for the [specific domain; e.g; finance; healthcare; IT; etc, providing insights and guidance on best practices.
• Ensure solutions align with industry standards; regulations; and emerging trends.
• Facilitate communication between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Conduct workshops; interviews; and meetings to refine requirements and ensure clarity.
• Work with development and QA teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs.
• Validate and test solutions to ensure they align with agreed-upon requirements.
• Create comprehensive documentation; including business process models; use cases; and system specifications.
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Support organizational change by providing training and resources to end-users.
• Develop training materials and facilitate workshops to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst; including 3+ years as an SME in [specific domain].
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects in [industry or domain].
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g; JIRA; Confluence; Visio).
• In-depth knowledge of [specific domain] processes; challenges; and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; Computer Science; or a related field.
• Master’s degree or certification in a relevant domain is a plus.
