Job Description :
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will focus on driving sales and expanding market presence for all Product Folio of Maarg Technolgies mainly Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) i.e Industrial videoborescope & Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection Technologies any other product/technology which may be adding immediately or future.This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and effectively promoting the company's range of inspection equipment to industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, manufacturing, automotive, and power generation.
Travelling is required in different parts of the country.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales and Market Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives. Present, promote, and demonstrate inspection products to prospective clients, showcasing their features, benefits, and applications. Negotiate and close sales deals, including pricing, terms, and conditions, to meet customer requirements and secure contracts.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional products or services. Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities, client interactions, and market data.
- Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:
Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them choose the appropriate products for their specific inspection needs.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to create targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales support are aligned with client expectations.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase products and network with potential customers.- Continuous Improvement and Development:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance sales performance. Continuously seek to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry expertise through training and self-development.
Qualification and Exeprience:
Qualification : Me/B.Tech MechanicalExperience : 1 to 2 years in manufacturing industries with industrial sales, B2B sales, OEM Sales, Technical Sales.
