- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
- Experience in managing IT production systems and services.
- Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework.
- Recommendation: Familiarity with IT infrastructure and network components.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in WebMethods Fabric.
