Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (SSE-II) to join our Content Lab team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing advanced backend solutions that power AI-driven content transformation and video processing.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex backend projects, including performance enhancements and large-scale migrations.
• Design and develop backend solutions for video processing and AI-powered content generation.
• Optimize algorithms for clip relevancy, completeness, and human-like content generation.
• Collaborate with product and data science teams to refine and integrate AI-driven features.
• Build internal tools to enable rapid experimentation and enhance prompt selection.
• Maintain high-quality code standards through code reviews and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in backend technologies and API development.
• Solid understanding of AI and machine learning, with experience in LLMs and text processing.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in MLOps, particularly in LLM deployment and evaluation.
• Strong background in performance optimization and debugging in complex systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ffmpeg or other video processing technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Prior experience working with ML/AI/Relevance teams.
