Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and process driven Integration and Flight Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating complex systems, managing flight operations, and ensuring mission success. This role bridges the gap between design, testing, and operational execution, requiring technical expertise and a hands-on approach to solve challenges in dynamic flight environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration of avionics, propulsion systems, communication systems and payloads into aircraft or UAV platforms.
• Develop and implement test plans for verifying the functionality and compatibility of integrated systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve hardware and software integration issues.
• Validate performance criteria and ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

• Plan and execute flight missions, including pre-flight checks, flight testing, and post-flight analysis.
• Define operational procedures and safety protocols to ensure successful mission execution.
• Support flight control system configuration and optimization for different mission profiles.
• Monitor and analyze in-flight telemetry data to diagnose issues and propose improvements.

• Conduct ground and flight tests to validate the performance of integrated systems.
• Troubleshoot system failures and anomalies during integration and flight operations.
• Document test results, performance metrics, and lessons learned to improve future missions.

• Work closely with design, software, and engineering teams to align integration efforts with overall project goals.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and airspace authorities to ensure compliance with flight operation regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on system integration status and mission outcomes.

• Develop tools and processes to streamline system integration and flight operation workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and methods to enhance system integration and flight performance.
• Provide feedback to design teams to improve system reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
