What would you do? • In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Perform background checks on existing employees according to client-specific BGC guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and verifications to assess candidate suitability for client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of background check results and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding background check findings.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
You will be aligned with our Global BGC compliance vertical. Our services span across the entire accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the client onboarding demand based on the Client BGC requirement. The role exercises consistent judgment & discretion with work directly related to management policies & the operations of the business.

You will have to work with employees and support them with exit formalities as well. You will be accountable to ensure compliance, maintain turnaround time & ensure that company standards are met on an ongoing basis.
