Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Contact Center Transformation Leadership Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Amazon Connect / AWS Connect solutions
Business Development Drive proposals, respond to RFPs, and build a continuous pipeline of opportunities
Market Strategy & Growth Identify demand trends, align transformation strategies with business needs
Team Leadership & People Development Hire, mentor, and upskill teams to create a high-performance workforce
Customer Experience & Digital Innovation Implement best practices, reusable assets, and industry-specific solutions to enhance CX
Project Execution Conduct design sessions, requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement
Strategic Consulting & Transformation Provide fact-based, data-driven strategies to optimize customer service operations
What You Bring to the Table:
Mandatory Hands-on Expertise in Amazon Connect / AWS Connect
Extensive Experience in Large-Scale Business & Operational Transformation
Proven Program & People Management Skills Lead teams and complex projects with agility
Ability to Engage & Work with C-Level Executives Strong stakeholder management
Deep Understanding of Contact Center Operations & Sales/Service Processes
Strong Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Abilities
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills Ability to convey complex solutions effectively
Willingness to Travel When Required
