  • Strategic Impact: Work closely with your sales Pod to drive sales initiatives, develop scalable systems, explore new growth opportunities, and represent SpotBus at industry conferences nationwide.
  • Versatility in Role: Engage in various aspects of the business, from business development and pipeline generation to sales operations and conference engagement.
Requirements
  • Prospecting: You’ll make 100+ calls daily to Transportation Directors at School Districts across the U.S., aiming to book 20 demos each week for our Sales Executive Team.
  • Management: Manage and update HubSpot with new leads, run outreach cadences via calls and emails, create proposals, reschedule demos, and refine our lead generation playbook with best practices.
  • Culture: Contribute your ideas, feedback, and strategies to help shape SpotBus’s unique culture and future vision for student transportation.
What You Bring to the Team
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound technology sales.
  • Ability to manage large prospect lists and consistently engage with 100+ prospects daily.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the technical aptitude to quickly learn and master our sales tools.
  • A focus on understanding and addressing prospects' pain points rather than simply selling features.
  • A passion for booking demos and ensuring seamless handoffs between yourself and the sales team.
  • Self-driven and thrives in an autonomous, remote work environment.
