Job Description

Compensation & Benefits -
  • Design and implement compensation strategies that align with the company's business goals.
  • Manage the company's benefits program to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Desing and implement long term and short-term incentive plans.
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop a strategic compensation plan that aligns with the organization's objectives and values.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Provide advice to management on pay decisions, policy development, and job evaluation.
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
HR Operations & Payroll -
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines.
  • Drive HR operations for the organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient service that meets the needs of the business.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a keen understanding of the overall morale and promoting a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • ESOP computation and implementation.
  • Working on NRC Presentation.
  • Front ending any Regulatory requirements.
  • Market Benchmarking.
  • Ensuring the Implementation of All HR Policies and Processes.
  • Handling Incentive Calculations and Bonuses
HR Compliance -
  • Managing All HR Compliance related matters
Performance Management -
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to set clear, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound performance goals aligned with organizational strategies.
  • Providing ongoing, constructive feedback to employees regarding their performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Conducting formal performance evaluations at regular intervals to assess employee achievements against set goals and provide comprehensive feedback.
  • Developing and implementing targeted plans to address performance issues with under performing employees.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP - Total Rewards, HR Ops & Performance Management should have:

  • 12+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Total Rewards
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge in HR operations, compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
