Job Description
Compensation & Benefits -- Design and implement compensation strategies that align with the company's business goals.
- Manage the company's benefits program to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Desing and implement long term and short-term incentive plans.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop a strategic compensation plan that aligns with the organization's objectives and values.
- Ensure regulatory compliance regarding compensation and benefits.
- Provide advice to management on pay decisions, policy development, and job evaluation.
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines.
- Drive HR operations for the organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient service that meets the needs of the business.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a keen understanding of the overall morale and promoting a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- ESOP computation and implementation.
- Working on NRC Presentation.
- Front ending any Regulatory requirements.
- Market Benchmarking.
- Ensuring the Implementation of All HR Policies and Processes.
- Handling Incentive Calculations and Bonuses
- Managing All HR Compliance related matters
- Collaborate with managers and employees to set clear, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound performance goals aligned with organizational strategies.
- Providing ongoing, constructive feedback to employees regarding their performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Conducting formal performance evaluations at regular intervals to assess employee achievements against set goals and provide comprehensive feedback.
- Developing and implementing targeted plans to address performance issues with under performing employees.
The Successful Applicant
A successful AVP - Total Rewards, HR Ops & Performance Management should have:
- 12+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Total Rewards
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge in HR operations, compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- An estimated salary range of 10% above and below market rate.
