Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and relationship building. Your ability to identify opportunities, engage with prospects, and convert leads into loyal clients will be crucial to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate new business. Identify and target key decision-makers within businesses, agencies, and travel organizations to expand Traviyo’s client base.
Generate and qualify leads through various outbound sales techniques (phone, email, social media, etc.). Sales & Account Management: Present Traviyo's services (custom travel packages, group travel, corporate travel solutions, etc.) to prospective clients, emphasizing value and benefits.
Create personalized travel solutions based on client needs and preferences, while offering competitive pricing and exclusive deals. Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing of leads through the sales cycle.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the sales process. Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering solutions, information, and guidance regarding travel services.
Market Research & Strategy: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine your sales approach. Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and markets to target. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and leads in CRM systems.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager. Track key metrics like conversion rates, client feedback, and sales performance. Key Requirements: Proven experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and lead generation (preferably in the travel or hospitality industry).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to pitch and sell effectively over the phone, email, and in person. Strong ability to build rapport and nurture relationships with prospects and clients. Motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), MS Office, and Google Suite. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Passion for travel and a deep understanding of customer needs within the travel sector.
