Sr HR Analytics Lead
Job Description
This position functions within the Global Talent COE and is responsible for creating, maintaining and communicating complex reports and insights. This role requires mix of analytical skills, storytelling with data capabilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally.The successful candidate is detail-oriented and will ensure the accuracy of data reports and utilize them to to provide actionable insights for decision-making and measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection, Management, & Insights - Gather and consolidate data related to various aspects of talent management such as perf mgmt, training program effectiveness, succession planning, and leadership development. Workday and Cornerstone experience is essential.
Reporting - Create/generate routine and advocacy reports that provide insights into key metrics and trends relevant to talent management and development to gauge the effectiveness of talent and learning programs and strategies for continuous improvement.Support talent management activities by gathering key data, running reports, and/or providing insights that go into ELT performance management, talent review, and succession decks. Create and maintain accurate compliance reporting for Workday and Cornerstone.
Performance Analysis and Insights - Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of existing talent management strategies and draw insights. This could involve measuring the impact of training programs on performance, evaluating the success rate of leadership development initiatives, or analyzing trends in employee retention, and partnering with HCI on employee engagement data as it relates to talent programs.
Dashboard Development Design and develop dashboard to provide stakeholders with access to key performance indicators, ROI, etc. Could include metrics related to performance check-ins/year-end, completion rates and effectiveness of training, career trajectory/mobility/succession, and other.Translate complex data/information into a format that people can understand.
Forecasting and Trend Analysis - Use systems/tools to predict future trends in talent development needs. This can help the organization prepare adequately for future challenges such as leadership succession, skill gaps, etc.
ROI Measurement - Quantify the return on investment for various talent development initiatives to determining the financial efficiency of these programs and justify future investments in talent development.
Required Qualifications -
Strong consulting and collaboration skills along with an ability to apply thought leadership to create, maintain and communicate reporting needs- 10 years of Business Intelligence (e.g. Power BI) experience and the ability to tell stories using data, data and reporting analysis.
Data and reporting ability - Advanced level Excel skills
Strong data analysis & data visualization, distilling key messaging
Qualtrics or similar survey experience with a ability to translate survey data and metrics.
High level of detail orientation
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) are a must. (CEFR - B2 is desired)
Experience Of Working With International Clients (US/UK/Aus) Is Required.
Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently while also being an active team player.
Ability to problem solve and think critically when faced with a challenge. Due diligence is key.
Track record of working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Financial Services Experience Preferred
