Solution Architect

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture:Lead the design and architecture of custom solutions, utilizing Job platforms to meet client-specific business needs. Ensure that the solution is scalable, efficient, and robust, with a focus on long-term success.
• Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering:Partner with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements. Transform these into clear technical specifications that guide the solution design process.
• End-to-End Implementation:Oversee the full implementation process, from conceptualization and architecture to deployment, ensuring that the solution integrates seamlessly into the clients environment.
• Technical Leadership:Provide guidance and leadership to internal teams, including business analysts, consultants, and developers, ensuring the solution meets technical and business objectives.
• Integration & Customization:Lead the customization and integration of Job platform with existing systems, ensuring smooth transitions and full functionality.
• Validation & Testing:Ensure the solution meets business and technical requirements through comprehensive testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), performance evaluation, and troubleshooting.
• Training & Post-Implementation Support:Offer client training on the new system and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and optimal use of the solution.
• Continuous Improvement:Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies, integrating best practices and innovative solutions into Job offerings.

Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 9+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise technology consulting, and system implementation.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, end-to-end solutions for clients in industries such as supply chain, operations, or finance.
• Expertise with AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and cloud-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience withenterprise platforms(e.g., ERP, CRM) and integration with third-party applications.
• Skills:
• Strong experience insolution architectureand systems integration.
• Expertise incloud technologies(AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) andSaaS platforms.
• Experience withAgile methodologiesand full project lifecycle management.
• Exceptionalcommunication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strongproblem-solvingandanalytical skillswith a customer-centric mindset.
