Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Education Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice to students and their families, as well as assist individuals with tourist visa applications. The role involves guiding clients through every step of the process, from university selection to visa filing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling: Offer personalized guidance to students and their families, providing detailed information on education options in various countries.
• University Information: Provide comprehensive details about universities, courses, and admission criteria for multiple countries.
• Profile Assessment: Evaluate academic and personal profiles to recommend the best study programs and universities.
• Application Management: Assist students in completing and submitting their university and visa applications.
• Document Arrangement: Help clients organize and prepare all necessary documents for university admissions and visa processing.
• Visa Filing: Guide students and tourists through the visa application process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• SOP Writing: Assist students in writing effective Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for their applications.
• Communication with Sub-agents: Maintain regular contact with sub-agents to coordinate and update them on student applications and processes.
• Email Management: Regularly monitor and respond to emails from clients, universities, and sub-agents.
• Client Communication: Answer incoming calls and make proactive calls to potential clients for sales and follow-ups.
• Seminar Attendance: Participate in university seminars and events to stay updated on global education trends and opportunities.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support clients and the overall operations of the consultancy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in education, counseling, or a related area).
• In-depth knowledge of education systems, universities, and visa processes for multiple countries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in counseling or education consultancy is a plus.
• Proficiency in using email, CRM software, and other office tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
