• ob Responsibility: Responsible for keeping resource management data (Demand and Supply) up to date in systems and providing MIS reporting to stakeholders. Coordination with project managers and operations for resource allocations. Take ownership in following up with consultants on compliance with processes such as time entry etc. Support on recruitment / hiring. Basic Excel Knowledge Coordinate the Resource scheduling activities in Consulting organisation Assign consultants (Employee & Subco) to Consulting projects, balancing the needs of project with the skills, availability, and development needs of the consultant Description RMA will work very closely with Domain Leaders, Cluster and Delivery Directors, Project Managers, as well as the Oracle Consulting leadership team and your peers across the regions. Governing the process for assigned region, capacity planning, supply-demand forecasting, preliminary CV screening, generating management reporting Location Bengaluru Qualification Graduate (Bcom,Bsc,BCA MCA, MBA) Level of Experience 4+ of Experience in Resource management Other Skills (If Any) Good knowledge of MS Office Good knowledge as a user of maintaining data in ERP applications. Should have experience in Resourcing, recruitment & MIS Reporting. Very good communication skills & team player. Analyse and challenge resourcing requests against key engagement metrics to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources
