Role/ Job Title:Senior Specialist - Digital Initiatives - Retail Asset Operations
Function/ Department:Operations- Retail, Wholesale & Treasury
Job Purpose:
This job profile plays a vital role in building the bank. The job profile requires tecno-function kind of skills which can leverage functional knowledge and transform into technology solutions. The role is to facilitate all front-end teams i.e., business for their Digital loan journeys, collections for their EMI collection journeys, customer service for the management of Service requests in efficient and quick manner, through the technological solutions so that the penetration towards digitalization may increase.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build Up Digital workflows and systems connecting front to back offices for seamless execution.
- Should have sound technical skills to drive Digital System integrations within multiple applications.
- Conceptualization, Building Solutions in constant discussion with Business partners, OEM (Solution Providers) & Tech stakeholders and presenting the approach to senior management by using presentation tools.
- Required Expertise in Requirement gathering, Requirement analysis, Requirement finalization, BRD writing, solution designing all Digital products Integration.
- Should be able to create test scenarios for testing purposes for any system enhancement/development & have the experience of testing in depth.
- Should be able to identify project deliverables, organize tasks and activities, follow up diligently with all stakeholders & ensure milestones are achieved within target timelines.
- Should be well versed with API integrations.
- Should have knowledge of Core Sourcing & Lending systems both LOS & LMS.
- Should have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Understanding and adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Drive collaboration with internal stake holders to develop & implement requirements for new and existing systems/solutions.
- Should be well versed in day-to-day operations of Retail Banking Asset Operations.
- Candidate worked on recurring payments and PG shall be given preference.
- Candidates working for Digital Payments shall be given preference.
- Influencing Skills: Ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships with stakeholders to achieve execution outcomes.
- Delivery & Result Oriented: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines while maintaining consistent quality.
- Team Management: Ability to provide guidance to Team Members and ensuring delegated tasks are executed as per timelines with desired accuracy.

Graduation: Any GraduatePost Graduation: Any Postgraduate
