We are seeking an HR Intern with a position level of Fresher for a full-time, remote internship at Sparkmetrics Solutions. The role is open to candidates located in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, and Navi Mumbai. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in human resources with a minimum requirement of 0 to 1 year of work experience.

- Data analysis: Skills in analyzing HR data to provide insights that contribute to more informed decision-making processes.

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and updating databases with new hire information and other data.
- Collaborate with the HR team to conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and contribute ideas for improving workplace culture and communication.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Generate and analyze reports related to HR functions to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Help resolve employee relations issues and provide support for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Promote and assist in maintaining a positive office environment that supports employee morale and productivity.
