About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives (L2). As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound and outbound calls and handle escalation cases.
Responsibilities:
- Handling escalation cases
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone
- Providing product/service information to customers
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support (voice)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi
Shifts:
For male employees any 9 hours during 24x7
For female employees any 9 hours during 6 am to 9 pm
During training 6 working days with 1 rotational week off, after successfully hitting the production floor 5 working days with 2 rotational week off

CTC 27K
Inhand 23k
For candidates who want to relocate will be provided with 14 days accommodation along with tickets and after successful completion of 3 months in the system 10k relocation bonus will be given.
