Our client is a profitable SaaS product organisation in the customer experience domain, focusing predominantly on the India market.

Job Description

The VP role will be the face of the organization to our clients, ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of SaaS products. This role requires a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our products and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery and implementation teams to ensure the timely and successful deployment of our SaaS products.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring our solutions meet their expectations.
• Collaborate with the product development team to understand the technical aspects of our products and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Oversee project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementation projects.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, client feedback, and any issues that may arise.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and implementation processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

• 10-15 years of experience in a B2B SaaS product organisation and a minimum of three years of experience managing a team. Candidates from IT services backgrounds won't be an ideal fit.
• Good to have experience in working with clients in e-commerce, retail, or BFSI domain
• Must have been in a client facing role in the past stints
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale implementation projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead large teams
• Open to a 5-day WFO model
