IT Support Engineer for Freshers
English Communication 7/10 & SSC Score: 70% & Above is a Must
Role:
Managing all the gamut of IT Support functions
Network troubleshooting, Desktop Support and Troubleshooting
Email Configuration Setup & Troubleshooting
CCTV Camera Configuration and Troubleshooting
System Administration Functions
Attendance Software Management
User Configuration on Biometric Machines
Planning & undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
Responding to IT Breakdowns
Maintaining records of software licenses
Maintaining stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
Other IT related works as may be assigned
Skills/Experience Required:
Strong hold on IT Support
Good Communication Skill (Spoken & Written)
Deft in Troubleshooting IT Bugs
In-depth Knowledge of Hardware and Software
Ability to work well with people
Reporting to the IT Head
Work Hours: 9.30 am 6.30 pm, 5 days/week (Mon Fri)
