Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Production Quality Engineer with 3+ years of experience in phone manufacturing. The role focuses on ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of mobile phone production, resolving production anomalies, improving yield rates, and driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production anomalies and improve functional failures in the mobile phone assembly line.
• Analyze and resolve safety, reliability, and abnormal issues in the production process.
• Implement corrective actions and root cause analysis for NG (No Good) devices.
• Oversee new model introductions, material trials, and ensure timely execution of project tasks.
• Optimize manufacturing processes using methodologies like Kaizen, Poka-yoke, and automation.
• Lead failure analysis, improve yield rates, and standardize assembly line processes.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
• Provide training and coaching on quality processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in phone manufacturing with expertise in failure analysis and process improvement.
• Skills: Proficiency in testing equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers), circuit design software (Allegro, PADS), and process improvement techniques (Six Sigma, Lean, TQM).
• Additional Skills: Strong analytical skills, experience with mobile phone assembly, and proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint.
