Job Description

The Head Inside Sales will lead and manage the global inside sales team, driving outbound lead generation, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance Aranca's strategic positioning and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 25+ Inside Sales representatives globally.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing accounts in collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams.
  • Drive lead generation and outbound sales efforts through structured prospecting, social media engagement, and new-age technologies.
  • Oversee pipeline management to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Implement dashboards and reporting metrics to provide data-driven insights.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the Inside Sales team to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Manage pre-sales support, including email/tele-calling/direct mail campaigns, prospect list development, and opportunity creation.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, call monitoring, and feedback sessions to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through structured performance metrics.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institute.
  • 10+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or cold calling.
  • Proven experience in managing teams of 15+ Inside Sales representatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in sales processes, automation, business intelligence, and analytics.
  • Background in Digital Transformation, Digital Experience Platforms, and Generative AI is a plus.

Work Mode:

Hybrid Office-based on select days (as per company policy).
