ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

As a Customer & Market Intelligence (CMI) Data Analyst at SITA’s Aircraft division, you will play a crucial role in turning data into actionable intelligence that drives business decisions. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, your mission is to enable data-driven decision-making, automate reporting, and ensure insights are actionable through advanced analytics.

In this role, you will be instrumental in building and implementing the Customer & Market Intelligence (CMI) function to support informed decision-making across the business. You will analyze market trends, competitor strategies, customer behaviors, and sales performance, helping the organization anticipate opportunities and optimize its go-to-market strategy.

Your work will power real-time insights, dashboards, and reports that support cross-functional teams in making strategic and operational decisions.

You are a data-driven analyst with a strong technical acumen, passionate about transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights. You thrive on digging into numbers, identifying trends, and automating dashboards to enhance decision-making.

Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and CRM tools like Salesforce, you are comfortable handling large datasets and translating them into business value.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Competitive & Market Intelligence: Develop data models to benchmark competitors, monitor pricing trends, and analyze market dynamics using structured datasets.
  • Customer Insights & Buyer Behavior: Segment customers using relevant criteria to enable tailored strategies. Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction data to uncover pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Sales & GTM Support: Optimize CRM analytics and provide data-driven targeting insights to enhance sales and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Product & Innovation Strategy: Track product adoption, feature engagement, and competitive gaps to inform product development and market positioning.
  • Performance Tracking: Automate reporting on marketing, sales, and user engagement performance, ensuring clear pipeline visibility and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
  • 4+ years of experience in a relevant field, including 3+ years in data analysis within Customer & Market Intelligence (CMI), Business Intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in data visualization, querying, and analytics, with expertise in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Experience in B2B technology industries; aviation industry experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
